Caitlin Garcia-Ahern, ursprünglich aus Atlanta, Georgia, hat schon an vielen Orten der Welt gelebt. Seit vier Jahren nennt sie Oaxaca in Mexiko ihr Zuhause und schätzt dort vor allem den ruhigeren Lebensrhythmus.
Beruflich organisiert Caitlin Textiltouren rund um die Welt und ist Mitbetreiberin von Texere, Residency und Gemeindezentrum im Textilbereich in Oaxaca. In ihrer Freizeit leitet sie zudem ein Projekt zur Rettung von Straßenhunden - und die Liebe zu Tieren zeigt sich auch in ihrer Einstellung zum Wohnen.

I love a home environment that has a relationship with nature. As much as possible, I look for homes that are built with natural materials, and incorporate a lot of windows, light and outdoor living space.
